Property Management| As Director of Property Management, Kacey oversaw a team of 13 in Atlanta with overall responsibility for the management of 15.5 MM SF of industrial office and warehouse product. With over 380 customers in Atlanta and Savannah, she worked with property management and leasing teams to deliver major TI and capital projects for customers.
Construction Project Management| As a Senior Project Manager for a General Contractor, Kacey managed TI projects for Class A office, industrial and medical office product in Atlanta. She was responsible for coordinating schedules, budgets, numerous team members and subcontractors in an effort to deliver projects to building owners on time and within budget.
Development Project Management| As a Project Manager for new construction, Kacey represents the owner’s interests on-site during construction. This includes comprehensive review of project plans and documentation, the coordination of schedules, progress meetings, managing the technical team, budget review and more.
Leadership & Employee Management| As a supervisor, Kacey spent significant time focusing on growth and career development, leading to several advancement opportunities and promotions for the Atlanta team. She has spoken on panels at several national conferences within the real estate community at summits that focus on employee growth, development and talent retention.
Non-Profit| Kacey spent several years serving on the board and as Vice President for the O4W Neighborhood Association, and also on the board for the Gwinnett County Community Improvement District. Currently, she is serving a 3-year term on the Board of Directors for Hillside Children’s Home in Atlanta.

Before joining the CI team, Ashley gained valuable experience in the commercial lending and real estate industry. As Chief of Operations, Ashley provides project administration and accounting support and manages back-of house functions for the firm. Armed with a degree in management, experience in accounting and her natural inclination towards organization and systematic approaches to new tasks, Ashley is a valued partner for staff and clients alike. Raised by a developer father, and mentored by a big sister in the industry, it was just a matter of time before Ashley made the commercial construction industry her home.

Having managed projects ranging in budget size from 25,000 - $100 million for nearly 15 years, Garett has worked with some of the most accomplished and respected general contractors in the Southeast. With a project portfolio emphasizing industrial and retail projects, Garett has also managed the construction of multi-story office buildings and parking decks and executed LEED requirements. His expertise includes estimating, scope analysis, managing contractor bids and onsite project management. Garett manages manufacturing renovations, expansions and plant relocations for Constructive Ingenuity. With 14+ years in engineering, design, and project management, Sara has worked directly with developers, owners and end-users to provide comprehensive project management services for any phase of an industrial project. Her experience includes:
Industrial Engineering - As an industrial engineer and facility planner, Sara designed over 30 million SF of industrial space, each time improving the client’s time and space efficiencies. Sara’s design experience includes manufacturing plants, bulk warehouses, multi-unit warehouses, tenant build-outs, second generation space, retail centers and office buildings.
Construction Project Management - As a General Contractor project manager, Sara managed the construction of industrial and commercial facilities. During this time Sara perfected the art of coordinating numerous project team members, and verifying critical details to keep a project on budget and on schedule.
Development Management - As a development manager, Sara managed the technical aspects of the industrial development process for projects in several states including Georgia, Virginia and Florida. Sara created comprehensive due diligence packages, managing the technical team and represented the owner’s interests on site during construction.
