Ronald Holtman joined Constructive Ingenuity (CI) in October of 2016 as a senior project manager. Ronnie has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, and this experience defines the quality of his work at CI. As a senior project manager, Ronnie handles the business development aspects of each project where he builds client relationships and focuses on taking each project to completion by managing day to day operations and communicating efficiently and kindly with all parties involved. Ronnie manages both commercial and industrial projects, and has certifications and experience that allow for him to complete all projects efficiently, correctly, and with the highest respect for the client. Ronnie is also familiar with overcoming unexpected obstacles as he managed, as he says, to “land softly” during the home building collapse of 2008. He says that all obstacles are capable of being overcome if there is a strong client/customer relationship, which Ronnie works tirelessly to develop and maintain.
Outside of work, Ronnie lives with his wife of 44 years and the families of his 2 daughters on their 50 acre farm. His family is a large aspect of his life and something he prioritizes and speaks about fondly. Ronnie is also extremely active in his church community at Mars Hill Presbyterian Church.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Sara is a knowledgeable, resourceful, and highly praised engineer and project manager. As President of Constructive Ingenuity, Sara works to cultivate new relationships with prospective clients and other companies in the construction industry. Once new connections are made with new clients and peers, Sara then tries to help them “connect the dots” and either employs Constructive Ingenuity’s resources and skills to help them or introduces them to someone else who can help them. As Sara says, “Having a good client relationship means that they come to us as a resource and source of aid, whether we get to eventually work for them or not.” Sara is then also responsible for keeping current relationships alive and working to build deeper partnerships with companies. Sara also maintains and organizes all of the projects and acts as support to the project managers, where she actively pursues serving clients efficiently and correctly, while seeking opportunities that will cause the company to grow.
